No waiting in a queue listening to hold music, no calling expensive support numbers and no charges. Yes we don't charge you for support!
Fortunately because we have designed our solution with maximun up-time in mind technical problems are few and far between. Most of the technical issues our clients have are within their office environment. This is especially the case if they are renting space in a service centre as some of their services e.g. internet connections, are managed by other companies.
Either way whatever technical problem you may have we will be on hand to help you. If it's not something that is under our control we will advise you, and even talk to people on your behalf, to get the problem resolved as quick as possible.
